So on August 6th I took this picture of a rainbow hovering over Glendale and the roof of my school around 6 AM when I arrived in the parking lot:
It is truly a special occasion to see a rainbow in Phoenix... since it rarely rains here and even more rarely produces the conditions necessary to see a rainbow!
